Overview
This policy sets out the circumstance and procedures that a user must follow to issue of refund.
Refundable case:
• Undelivered service: Full Refund can be made if we fail to deliver the requested service.
• Service dead: We offer an exchange of service if it is completely not working.
• Tax/Network fee: Partial refund if payment is made through PayPal and No refund of crypto network fee.
Non-refundable case:
• Service delivered: No refund if the service was delivered.
• Service use Issue: No refund for any IP bans, IP issues, or other problems that may occur while it’s under customer use. Maxx socks is not responsible for the inability to use service properly or on a specific website/program/app or other third-party software.
• Late inquiry: No refund if the user doesn’t request for refund within 24 hours after payment.
• NO REFUNDS ON ROTATING PROXIES! (expectional case: Undelivered service)
