Refund Policy Overview
This policy outlines the conditions, eligibility, and procedures for requesting a refund.
Eligible for Refund:
• Undelivered service: A full refund will be issued if we fail to deliver the purchased service.
• Non-Functional Service: If the proxy server or service is experiencing a network outage, we offer a replacement or non-monetary compensation.
Not Eligible for Refund:
• Service Delivered: No refunds will be issued once the service has been successfully delivered.
• Usage Issues: We are not responsible for IP bans, access issues, or other usage-related problems. No refund will be granted for the inability to use the service on specific websites, applications, or third-party platforms.
• Late Inquiry: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Refund Policy note: No refunds are offered for rotating proxies, except in cases where the service was not delivered. Refunds & fees: Transaction fees are non-refundable, & All refunds are credited to the Maxxsocks account balance.
